Hi, my name is Chef Derek.

  

A native of Port Perry Ontario, Derek Martens found his calling to cuisine at a very young age. He enrolled in the Culinary Arts in Canadore College & trained by French Chefs and embraced his new career with passion. Upon graduation the majestic Rocky Mountains called. He secured a position as cook right out of college risen to Executive Chef in the Greater Toronto Region.
