Hi, I am Chef Gianfranco
When Gianfranco Mosca retired from a career in international banking, he pursued a lifelong passion for food and the authentic family recipes and cooking traditions of his “calabrese” family.
In order to refine his cooking skills, he attended a professional cooking school in Rome and, once in Victoria, set out on a mission: introducing local people to authentic Italian food as it is enjoyed around the family table in Italy.

Chef Gianfranco is member of the Associazione Italiana Cuochi Canada and the Canadian Culinary Federation.
