Hi, I am Chef Kim
Kim Sutherland is an award winning Canadian Executive Chef having managed culinary operations for large venues such as Budweiser Gardens and as the Regional Executive Chef for Spectra Food Services.
For over 20 years, Kim has become a well-known name in the food and beverage industry. She has helped plan and execute culinary creations for large scale events such as The World Figure Skating Championship, The Mastercard Memorial Cup, The Canadian Scout Jamboree, MLS All Star Soccer Game and open larges venues such as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Stadium.
Chef Kim has embraced many fantastic opportunities over her career having had the honour of cooking along-side many celebrities from Gordon Ramsey, to The Chef at Home, Michael Smith, as well as being hired as a personal chef to members of Pearl Jam, The Tragically Hip, Neil Diamond, Prince and a variety of NHL and other athletes.
Exuberance and creativity are two words to best describe Chef Kim. She regards cooking as her playground and is passionate about local, sustainable food and sharing her ideas for creating great culinary experiences with others.
Kim is a Certified Yoga Teacher, A Mindful Eating Practitioner and an advocate and speaker on tackling the multi-billion-dollar issue of mental health and the power of food as medicine. Her approach of mindfulness, self-care and healthy eating can transform individuals, families and organizations to “Fuel Right to Feel Good.”
