I’ve always considered myself a “chef of my surroundings”. Meaning I like to think that I can take a lot of random ingredients and turn them into something fantastic. Born and raised in Halifax, studied at the culinary institute of Canada. I genuinely love food & cuisine, and hope that I can make you love Halifax the way I love Halifax, for all its culinary bounty.
