Hi, my name is Chef Michael.
Chef Michael graduated on the Dean’s list from the Culinary Management program at George Brown College and returned a year later to complete the |Post Graduate Italian Culinary Arts Diploma and graduated as an Ontario Scholar. He also studied abroad and graduated form Alma Scola di Cuchina in Parma Italy which is regarded as one of the best culinary academies in the world.
He has worked for and run some of the top restaurants in Toronto such as Zucca, Toula, and Romangia Mia and was part of a Michelin star kitchen in Italy.
