Hi, I am Chef Valentina.
So about me.
I was made in Italy, born, raised and trained in the northwest, in the region of Piemonte, well known for its food and wines, and also for the extreme vicinity to France... ask me about my DNA test and we will laugh, my brother still does!!!
I am a trained chef and I have been working with food for 10 years, I have managed 2 cooking schools, one in Italy that I founded, and one in Toronto, I have worked as Corporate chef and as Executive chef, I have run and organized events of any form and shape, I have been cooking a 5-course meal for 300 people... on a portable stove, and I have also cooked historical dinners with recipes dating back to the 17th century. I know how to run a grill, a bbq and a charcoal oven,
and some other fun stuff.
It has been quite a ride!
Now I bring my food and my stories to people's houses as a Personal Chef, cooking and teaching, and
I paint with food as a Food Stylist.
