Hi, I'm Chef Dave. I have been instructing cooking classes since 2013. I love to share my passion for cooking in the kitchen and tantalize your palate with great flavours.  The menus below reflect simple, but skill sets to make your kitchen guests excited about cooking.

Hi, my name is Chef David. I am 37. Born and raised in Sydney N.S. I went to NSCC Marconi for my culinary training and NSCC Straight Area for my Pastry Arts. My career experience ranges from high-end restaurant to modern versions of gastro pubs.

Yarmouth, NS

Hi, I'm Chef Steven. I have been in foodservice for over 46 years in various roles up to Executive Chef of several prominent hotel chains.  My travels have are world-wide and enjoy such distinctions of being a member of Canada's National team.

Halifax Region, NS

Hi, I'm Chef Luther. I have always considered myself a “chef of my surroundings”.  I like to think that I can take a lot of random ingredients and turn them into something fantastic. Born and raised in Halifax, studied at the culinary institute of Canada.

Hi, I'm Chef Keith  " I have been cooking my entire life. My first merit badge was in cooking. I have found inspiration in years of travelling which led to being Chef in two fine dining restaurants, one bowling alley and food truck, as well as cooking in a deli.

Hi, I'm Chef Charles.  A graduate of SAIT in Calgary, I have enjoyed varied experiences with restaurants in BC and Alberta, fostering relationships with local growers and farmers.

Chef Christopher Allan
Halifax Region, NS

Hi, I'm Chef Christopher,  a Red Seal Chef, I have spent my career working in some of Canada's most notable venues. Including Toronto's CN Tower,  National Art Centre in Ottawa and Halifax Convention Centre. I have been fortunate to have been able to practice my craft in the role of Chef for a number diplomatic venues.

Chef Jonathan Ramirez
Fredericton Region, NB

Jonathan Ramirez, originally from Southern California, comes from a long line of successful entrepreneurs—from Construction to Restaurants, he has the DNA of his elders and has built quite a portfolio in Canada.


He has started two Food Trucks, a Restaurant, and now his successful bakery, Monkeycakes has given his brand a global reach, with stints in radio and national television, including The Food Network.

Monkeycakes is a full-service bakery with an open studio to teach classes and host hands-on decorating/pastry parties. He is in the middle of scaling this current venture to grow across Canada.

With over 35 years in the food industry, I’ve played in a lot of different food arenas around the globe. As a Certified Chef de Cuisine, my experience includes 5 star hotels, a PEI farm to table operation in the late 90’s. When local wasn’t so cool, to teaching at Culinary schools, and winning multiple best product awards as Director of Product Development  for one of the world’s largest  seafood companies
