Hi, my name is Chef Scott.
With over 35 years in the food industry, I’ve played in a lot of different food arenas around the globe. As a Certified Chef de Cuisine, my experience includes 5 star hotels , a PEI farm to table operation in the late 90’s, when local wasn’t so cool, to teaching at Culinary schools, and winning multiple best product awards as Director of Product Development for one of the world’s largest seafood companies. Today I’ve landed back in Halifax with my own consulting business where I enable companies large and small to innovate big ideas from concept to launch.
As an avid long distance runner and healthy lifestyle proponent, my cooking style is simple yet complex , with a focus on plants and seafood, balancing global flavors that are satisfying and memorable.
