The Acadian Chef Luc Schofield has more than 35 years’ experience in restaurants and catering services. He also gives in-person and on-line cooking classes. He lives in Moncton NB.
He specializes in the preparation and presentation of fresh local products.
Chef Luc worked many years in renown salmon fishing and hunting lodges in New Brunswick where he showcased local delicacy to his guests coming from all part of the world. For the last couple of years,
Chef Luc’s focus has been in catering in Atlantic Canada and in bringing the Acadian flavors to Louisiana and France where it was well appreciated.
