Hi, I'm Chef Keith 

 

I have been cooking my entire life. My first merit badge was in cooking. I have found inspiration in years of travelling which led to being Chef in two fine dining restaurants, one bowling alley, and a food truck, as well as cooking in a deli, a pub and teaching cooking classes in two provinces. My passion for food and flavours is enhanced by the joy of sharing knowledge, technique and adventure with new and old friends.
