Hi, I'm Chef Jonathan. 

 

Originally from Southern California, I come from a long line of successful entrepreneurs—from Construction to Restaurants.

I started with two Food Trucks, a Restaurant, and now a successful bakery, Monkeycakes.

I have given the brand a global reach, with stints in radio and national television, including The Food Network.

Monkeycakes is a full-service bakery with an open studio to teach classes and host hands-on decorating/pastry parties. I am now in the middle of scaling this current venture to grow across Canada.
