A Red Seal Chef, I have spent my career working in some of Canada's most notable venues. Including Toronto's CN Tower, National Art Centre in Ottawa and Halifax Convention Centre. I have been fortunate to have been able to practice my craft in the role of Chef for a number diplomatic venues including the Archdiocese of Ottawa, British High Commission of Canada and The U.S. Consulate General to Halifax and his family. Assignments such as these often require a practical yet elegant cuisine and have honed my skills preparing functions in the homes of clients"
